As I am part of the Move GB program throughout Sheffield (If you haven’t checked it out yet you should do, not only can you use my classes but a tonne of other fabulous independent venues throughout Sheffield.) I have taken advantage of taking out my own Move GB Membership and sampling some of the joys Sheffield has to offer, my favourite ones have been totally out of my comfort zone and have been bouldering at the foundry and heading to beginners hot yoga at common side.
Move GB have awards every year and unfortunately I joined the party too late be nominated however my fabulous new friends down at Hot Yoga Sheffield WON!!
I will be heading to the launch party of their brand new studio next weekend and luckily for me its a 5 minute walk from my house so I will be taking full advantage of all the hot yoga I can squeeze in between clients!

Hot Yoga Sheffield (HYS) has won the MoveGB MoveAward 2016 for Best Yoga Studio in Sheffield. The MoveAwards celebrate the very best of the fitness industry and recognise the efforts fitness providers and instructors in Sheffield put into making people’s lives happier and healthier.
HYS was among the top three studios to receive the most shares and comments for its talented instructors, top classes and friendly atmosphere and asked to complete a final stage questionnaire. The answers were sent to a judging panel of fitness experts who awarded HYS as the best yoga studio in Sheffield for 2016.
“We’re really honoured that MoveGB students voted Hot Yoga Sheffield as the Best Yoga Studio in Sheffield because I know that Sheffield has some of the best yoga students in the World,” says Koreen Clements, co-founder and director of Hot Yoga Sheffield.
“We were recognised for our unwavering commitment and willingness to make wellbeing and exercise more accessible and fun for everyone – and that’s a really important part of what we do.”
